COVID-19 Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants (DRAI)

The Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants (DRAI) project is a one-time state-funded disaster relief assistance for undocumented adult immigrants impacted by COVID-19. An undocumented adult who qualifies can receive $500 in direct assistance, with a maximum of $1000 in assistance per household.

To apply you must be able to provide information that you (1) are an undocumented adult (person over the age of 18); (2) are not eligible for federal COVID-19 related assistance, like the CARES Act tax stimulus payments or pandemic unemployment benefits; and, (3) have experienced a hardship as a result of COVID-19.

City of Westminster Rent Relief Fund (WCARES Program)

This program is available to eligible Westminster residents financially impacted by COVID-19 and provides limited rental assistance. To ensure timely review of applications, the City will be only accepting applications from June 2, 2020 through June 16, 2020.

Saddleback Church Community Resource Center Food Pantry Locations are ALL OPEN At Saddleback Church Food Pantry we currently provide food, free of charge, to families and individuals in need. Our food delivery program is also open. If they/you are home bound and need food they/you can schedule delivery by filling out the form online or call the Saddleback Care phone line listed below. Then Saddleback Care Team will call them/you and set up delivery of food or supplies to their DOOR. The call center may be busy so best to do form online, then someone from the Care Team will call them/you back.

Second Harvest Food Bank

Pop up drive-thru food distribution for those in need of additional food assistance. Second Harvest Food Bank will be hosting a drive-thru food distribution with a supllemental supply of shelf-stable items and produce for those in need of additional assistance.
