US Citizenship & Immigration Services has stated that medical services to treat COVID-19 will not affect their applications and that if the person receives public benefits because they are prevented from working or attending school, they can submit evidence to prove that their receipt of these benfits was due to the outbreak.
According to the National Employment Law Project, immigrants with valid work authorization (e.g. folks with DACA) should be able to receive unemployment benefits if they meet all other criteria for receiving benefits.
