Barry Ross is Vice President, Healthy Communities at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton California. He is currently serving as Board Chair, St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers; Board Chair, La Habra Collaborative; Treasurer, Fullerton, Collaborative; Co-Chair, Orange County Health Improvement Partnership; President, American Diabetes Association Orange County; Chair, Alliance for a Healthy Orange County; and Member, CalOptima Provider Advisory Committee. He is a recipient of the St. Joseph Health System Values in Action Award for Justice; the Guardian of Health Award from the California Center for Public Health Advocacy and a Special Commendation from the City of Fullerton for Community Service.

Ada Briceño was 6 years old when her family left their native Nicaragua and eventually settled in Orange County. She worked in a hotel after high school and became a leader in her union, UNITE HERE Local 681. She joined the staff and, at age 26, became its first Latina president. Ada Briceño has also served as Secretary-Treasurer of UNITE HERE Local 11 since 2008, when Local 681 merged into it. Briceño was elected Vice President of the General Executive Board for the UNITE HERE International Union in 2015.
The Orange County Register featured her as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Orange County in 2014.
