CREER Youth leaders participated in a movement to address issues regarding the achievement gap in the Capistrano Unified school district.  Their goal is to encourage youth to pursue higher education, to "...ensure that every young person that graduates from a local high school has the opportunity to attend College or University to maximize their full potential".
